On Saturday February 1st, starting at 2.30 pm, I will be demonstrating some free-from desserts and treats . From lactose-free hot chocolate to egg-free sponge, there will be plenty to help you indulge the sweet tooth of friends and loved ones that suffer from allergies.
On Saturday February the 22nd, starting at 2.30 pm, we will give some Spanish flair to Irish ingredients such as black pudding, cod, cider or potatoes. You can see two of the pinchos that I will demonstrate on the picture above: they are easy to make at home and great party food. Come and learn how to make those two and a few more.
If you would rather cook than watch me cook, a voucher will bring the Chatty Chef to your kitchen for a 2 hour hands on cooking lesson in Spanish or in English. I will leave you with a clean kitchen and a delicious meal on the table.
